We were honoured to be hired by Mark Rylance — the BAFTA and Olivier Award-winning actor playing Thomas Cromwell in the BBC's Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light — to cater the Season 2 wrap party. It remains one of the most memorable events we've catered.
The production wrapped at a stunning historic location. Our green trailer was parked on the gravel drive, the savoury menu chalked up, and the griddles hot. Every crepe prepared fresh in front of the cast and crew — one every 30 seconds per griddle at peak service.

The Florentino — spinach, fried egg and mature cheddar — was the crew's savoury favourite. Lemon and Sugar led the sweet options as the evening wound down. Our Elite French Cocktail Menu was also available on the night.
